We bring forward the meeting on Wednesday 6 January as there will be activities in the afternoon.

CAMP:

Checklist for camp:
1 sleeping bag
3 t-shirt
2 short
2 long pants(track pant)
1 raincoat(optional)
3 undergarment
1 set bathing stuff
1 set toothbrush and toothpaste
1 medicine(own use)
1 jacket
3 plastic bag(to contain diety clothes)
1 comb, towel
1 water bottle
2 pair of socks
money around $25
1 pair of slippers

leaders will need to bring torchlight and batteries but not members

Repoting time will be 9.00am on 23/11/09
pls wear pe attire on the first day and bring all ur camping gear.

1.Camp checklist

Camp checklist is distributed to every member.

2.Paying for camp and t-shirt

Those members who have not pay for either camp or t-shirt are urged to pay by 29 of October. Those who have not paid will be called up by Mr cheach on 29 October during morning assembly to pay up.

3.Camp

Mr cheach has warn every members to go for the camp, if any one is to be absent on that day will need to present a medical certificate.

Ms Soo sharing

Pupils in duty are: Juthaporn, Si Xian, Wei Jun, Zhao Song, Kin Chong and Mei Xuan. Pupils are to meet at 7.05am in the morning.

Sec 2 literature play

All sec 2 members are on duty and need to meet at 10.20am

2. Camp

Kin Chong was urged to collect all the form from every member as soon as possible.

3. T-shirt

All pupils are urged to give their name, size and money to the respective committee members. Pupils who did not give their name and size will be given a shirt with name choosen by teacher.

T-shirt is compulsory for all members and need to be wear during duty in the afternoon.

The t-shirt will cost $13.40 each and committee will be going around on Friday during recess to collect the money. Latest will be on next Wednesday.
