MEETING ON 23-9
1.Camp
An acknowledgement letter is given to students to inform parents that there will be a camp on 23/11 to 25/11. This camp is compulsory; letter is needed if students are not going.
MP3, MP4 and hand phone are allow to bring but students are to hold own responsibility.
Acknowledgement letter are to be submitted to Kin Chong by 24/9.
CCA points are awarded to students for attending the camp
2.T-shirt
The price of is not confirm. Material used will be cotton. Students are to give their size, name and money as soon as possible.
3.CCA stand down
There will be no media tech meeting starting from week 3 of term 4 due to examination until further notice.

Meeting on 16/9
1.CCA stand down
From week 3 onwards there will be no meeting due to examination. But morning duty will still continue. New duty list has been put up; all pupils are urged to check it as soon as possible.
2.Attendance
Go through term 3 attendance and pupils who have not been going punctual or not going for their duty has been pointed out. These pupils are reminded to carry out their duty punctually and diligently.
3.T-shirt
t-shirt design has been shown to everyone for comment. The front view has been confirm and the tittle for committee will be shift to the shelve of the shirt. Juthaporn and Bryant will be following up with the quotation, deadline is next meeting.

The design need to be redraw and pass to Rui Yuan for soft copy to be done. Deadline for soft copy is term 4 week 1, the first meeting. The quotation must be finish before term 4 week 2.

26/8 meeting
1.Teacher Day Rehearsal
Reminder to all students that is down for duty, there will be rehearsal on Thursday (27/8) and Friday (28/8). Reporting time is 2.00pm.
Muthd Yusri and Bryant Tay are added to the duty listed.
Juthaporn is the leader; she will need to divide all pupils into two groups. Six students will b on the backstage, three on each side. Other four will be in the control room.
2.All students are warned not to use media tech duty for own interest.
Example: not to go for remedial after school
Not wanting to attend certain class
3.Hand phone contact number
Reminder to students that have not given their contact number:
All students are urged to give their contact number; hand phone number is preferred, as soon as possible for last minute duty.
4.Camp:
Most likely will be held after O level, might be on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Need to be reconfirmed. Program will be plan by committee after discussion.

Secondary three are too late for registration. But all secondary two’s and one’s students are urged to register and participate actively for more CCA points.
