26/8 meeting


1.Teacher Day Rehearsal

Reminder to all students that is down for duty, there will be rehearsal on Thursday (27/8) and Friday (28/8). Reporting time is 2.00pm.

Muthd Yusri and Bryant Tay are added to the duty listed.

Juthaporn is the leader; she will need to divide all pupils into two groups. Six students will b on the backstage, three on each side. Other four will be in the control room.


2.All students are warned not to use media tech duty for own interest.

Example: not to go for remedial after school
Not wanting to attend certain class


3.Hand phone contact number

Reminder to students that have not given their contact number:
All students are urged to give their contact number; hand phone number is preferred, as soon as possible for last minute duty.


4.Camp:

Most likely will be held after O level, might be on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Need to be reconfirmed. Program will be plan by committee after discussion.

All students are urged to check the blog regularly.

Camera man

Mei Xuan has volunteered to be the camera man to take down pictures of hard work of members. Certain pictures will be uploaded to the blog to commend their effort.


8.NYAA-National Youth Achievement Award

Secondary three are too late for registration. But all secondary two’s and one’s students are urged to register and participate actively for more CCA points.

Hi! I am Juthaporn, the new chairman of mediatech club.

I think that I may not be up to this post but i will do my best. I am looking forward for everyone to unite as one and understand each other more. I hope that all members can carry out their duty and have fun at the same time.

My name is Bryant and is the new vice chairman of mediatech.

Iwill be working with Juthaporn for the camp that is coming up. If anyone has suggeations on the camp, feel free to tell either me or Juthapon.

1.New chairmen(Juthaporn) and vice chairmen(Bryant) give a short speech which will be post on the nest post

2.camp
There will ba a 3 days 2 night camp on late Dec. Training, games, movie ant etc will be carry out. Detail will be refined later. Students with suggeation can rise up to either chairman or vice chair men.

3.T-shirt
chairman and vice chairman will follow up. Material choosen is dry fit.

4.Blog
Students are encourage to check the blog every 3-5 days for information. This blog official as Mrs Tan has been informed.

5.Duties
Improvement has been shown but there is still some students did not carry out their duty, espically sec 1. Students are urged to carry out duties punctually and dilligently or else punishment will be given.

6.Key to Hall control room
After discussion, keys to Hall control room cannot betaken for personal reharsal. Teacher is needed if really needed.

7.contact no.
Every students need to give their phone no. to teacher-in-charge for any urgent event.

8.Reminder for duty on 21/8
Zhao Song, Kin Chong, Bryant , Samson and Terry are down for duty (sec 3 sexuaity talk)
Reporting time is 10.45 a.m. Bryant is in charge to get the keys from Mdm Siew before 10.45 a.m. Poon Jian Hao is added to the team.

Gun Jigl, Jacob, Zhi Yong, Wei Hong, Jun Hao and Hafiz are down for duty (PTM).
Reporting time is 5.15 p.m.

9.Our equipment
Missing of 1 sound cable in Hall control room. Students are urged to make immediate report if something is found missing.

10. New rule
Any student who are not able to do their duty need to find own replacement and report to teacher.

11.Teachers day duty
Juthaporn Foo, Loke Si Xian, Loh Mei Xuan, Lee Kin Chong, Poon Jian Hao, Sernic Lim and Ivory Teo is down for duty on Teachers Day Celebration.
