1. Welcome back.

• Students are reminded to be punctual and to be present for their duties.
2. Roles and responsibility of committee members.
• Explaining of the different role and responsibilities of each committee member.
• This is to make sure the committee members do not skip their duties.
• Please give your ideas on how to improve the CCA’s blog.
3. Student Councilor’s Investiture.
• Date and Time: 30 June 2010 (3.30 pm - 6 pm) & 2 July 2010 (3 pm - 6 pm)
• Kin Ting, Rui Yen, Wei Hong, Zhi Yong, Yusri, Jun He, Shao Xuan
4. Thursday (1 July 2010) morning assembly.
• Report at 7.30 a.m.
• Wei Hong, Kai Keng, Josiah, Niklaus, Syakir, Garjeet, Hafiz
5. Ordering of CCA photos.
• Give your name to Ivory if you want to order.
6. Video Competition.
• Bukit View
Finish up by next Thursday (8 July 2010)
• Panasonic
Final will be sent for submission after today’s Mediatech meeting.

3 Day 2 Nights or 2 Day 3 Nights?
• Financial Budget
Ivory and Wei Hong have to decide on a suitable financial budget for the CCA.
• CCA T-Shirt
CCA logo and T-shirt---Dead or alive?
All Mediatech members are required to voice out their ideas for the design of the CCA T-shirt
The deadline (14 July 2010) will be 2 weeks later including today (30 July 2010).
Whoever cannot complete by the deadline (14 July 2010) will be punished by becoming the school’s cleaner.
